The Westerly Residences

The Westerly is a unique podium apartment dedicated to Trinity Groves’ artists and entrepreneurs. The building is designed to be the first of its kind in a burgeoning Dallas neighborhood, and our interior design studio’s concept mingles contemporary style with urban convenience. Each space is underpinned with strong currents of creativity and wellness. Active young creatives and entrepreneurs will take note of this place and the way it creates opportunities for collaboration, community and innovation.

The earliest concept for this design was dubbed “The Outlier,” and The Westerly remains exceptional. Guests and residents first encounter the lobby and its sweeping rope art installation, informed by the span of the nearby Trinity Bridge and built by a local artist. The clubhouse is a social space that sprawls across the main floor, including multiple amenities, mixing gathering places with private nooks. The large expo kitchen and lounge feature contemporary furnishing in a busy social space. The tucked-away rear lounge creates privacy with cozy chairs and communal desks in the atmosphere of an upscale study. The substantial, 24-hour fitness center impresses with two-story custom wall art, and the unique creator space sparks ideas with its dry erase walls and distraction free meeting space.
