Vista del Rio

Vista del Rio is located adjacent to the Riverview Golf Course and adds much-needed supportive housing for adults with physical and developmental disabilities in Orange County. Designed and constructed to LEED Gold standards, the architecture is a traditional Craftsman to complement this historic section of Santa Ana. The site is located near an OCTA bus line, park, UCI Medical Center and a grocery market. Comprised of studios, and 1- and 2- bedroom apartments with modern amenities, Vista del Rio apartments are constructed with balconies, storage space and modern kitchens and bathrooms. The building also features a large community room and community kitchen for group events and socialization opportunities. Outside, recreation areas feature large walkways, a courtyard featuring a central gathering area with a fountain, meditation garden, vegetated open space, and a connection to the Santa Ana River Trail.
