Jessica Candaele, Elevated to the Role of National Business Development Director

KTGY, a leading national full-service architecture, branding, interior and planning firm focused on residential, retail, hospitality, and mixed-use developments, announced today that Jessica Candaele has been promoted to the role of National Business Development Director.

As the national business development director, Jessica will work closely with KTGY corporate leadership to implement a national development strategy aimed at growing the business and enhancing market presence to achieve strategic long-term growth in target sectors. Additionally, she will oversee a skilled team of Regional Development Directors, from across the nation, who are responsible for generating new opportunities by cultivating relationships with target prospects and strengthening existing client relationships. Jessica will be based in the firm’s Irvine office and will transition into the new role as she identifies and primes a replacement for success.

Jessica brings nearly two decades of experience working in the built environment space in business development and consulting roles. Over the course of her eight years with KTGY, Jessica has been a driving force behind acquiring new clients for the firm’s SoCal high density design studio and drove market expansion into downtown Los Angeles. She is a collaborative leader who thrives on making a meaningful difference for both clients and internal talent.

As a long-standing member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), Jessica currently sits on the America’s NEXT Leadership Steering Committee as well as ULI Los Angeles Women’s Leadership Initiative. She holds a Master’s of Science Degree from California State University, Fullerton, and a Bachelor’s of Science Degree from Loyola Marymount University.
