KTGY Announces East Coast Office Move to Washington, D.C.’s Golden Triangle

February 27, 2024

KTGY, a Great Places to Work certified design firm focused on architecture, branding, interiors and planning, has moved its East Coast office from Tysons, Virginia, to Washington, D.C.

Located in the Alexander Court development in D.C.’s Golden Triangle (2001 K St NW, South Tower, Suite 200), the new 15,000-square-foot office supports a steady course of national growth for KTGY. Founded in 1991, the firm expanded to Tysons, Virginia, in 2010. The move marks an opportunity to access some of the country’s leading industry organizations while continuing to deliver top-tier service to its clients, partners and collaborators.

The design of the new space, curated by KTGY’s interior design studio, emphasizes collaboration and nods to the firm’s commitment to sustainability. It will also welcome members of the interior design team focused on residential developments, allowing clients and team members to benefit from a wide range of expertise under one roof.

Ben Kasdan, principal, KTGY, says of the new office: “Since coming to Tysons in 2019, I’ve had the chance to work with amazing people on groundbreaking designs. Moving the office to the heart of downtown Washington, D.C. will inspire us to continue designing high-quality and sustainable spaces in the DMV region and throughout the East Coast.”

Proximity to professional organizations, a closer relationship with industry partners, and access to D.C.’s pool of international talent make up the bulk of what the firm sees as an investment in collaborative opportunities and innovation. The office is fully occupied and serves multifamily developers, and for-sale builders while acting as a base for growth in East Coast markets.
