As director of technology, Gautam R. Shenoy leads the implementation of design and information technology. He creates workflows that reduce friction in design, documentation and delivery. Gautam directs the testing and adoption of new platforms along with the refinement of existing processes. His integrative approach enables design teams to produce well planned, efficiently financed and optimally delivered projects. With his Technology Infrastructure Team, he ensures company-wide rollout and comprehensive training.

Gautam takes great interest in teaching. He believes that sharing knowledge is fundamental to professional development and personal well-being. He has spoken extensively on interdisciplinary collaboration and trade coordination for traditional design-assist and design-build projects. Gautam possesses a unique talent for giving voice to more than 20 years of industry experience. Previous roles include Director of Design Technology, BIM Manager and Architectural Designer. He also guided virtual construction and modeling for the San Diego Airport and Tom Bradley expansions, respectively.
