KTGY | 30th Anniversary Celebration

With a small group of architects and a vision for a generation-to-generation architecture firm, our six-founders created KTGY. Now, 30 years later and 430 team members strong, we reflect on the journey that has brought us to where we are today and look to our path ahead as we propel forward. We could not be more appreciative of our amazing clients who have allowed us the opportunity to create visionary multifamily, single-family detached, retail, office, high-rise and every other type of development imaginable. We could not be more grateful for the consultants, collaborators, friends and family who have traveled this rewarding road with us, enabling KTGY to become what it is today. With great pride, we are ecstatic to continue our journey with our architects, engineers, developers, real estate investors, clients and collaborators by our side and to celebrate 30 years of KTGY! We can’t wait to see the next 30 years. We are just getting started…
